Our finest matcha from Asuka Nuruki and her small team in Chiran, Kagoshima, offers a delightfully creamy and vibrantly verdant tea.
Careful organic cultivation combined with more than three weeks of shade results in a gentle and natural umami, while a characteristic final hi-ire step highlights a warm, sweet aftertaste in this spring blend of the late-budding Okumidori and Okuyutaka cultivars.
Harvested during the first spring harvest of 2025 and always freshly stone-milled in small monthly batches to ensure optimal freshness.
