Set of three spring-harvested kamairicha made in the today rare Kumano style grown and produced by Mr and Mrs Kayashita in Yamazoe, Nara.
The teas come in three different degrees of roasting: Raw, Light Roast, and Heavy Roast each offering their own unique flavour profile.
Grown at 300-400 meters above sea level using natural farming methods without any use of fertilisers and pesticides in the mountains surrounding Yamazoe village.
