Set of three spring-harvested kamairicha made in the today rare Kumano Bancha style grown and produced by Mr and Mrs Kayashita at Mitocha Nōen in Yamazoe, Nara.
The teas come in three different degrees of roasting: Raw, Light Roast, and Heavy Roast each offering their own unique flavour profile.
Grown at 300-400 meters above sea level using natural farming methods without any use of fertilisers and pesticides in the mountains surrounding Yamazoe village.
