Matcha Nagi is a round and naturally sweet single-cultivar matcha by Masamitsu Akahori in Nishio, Aichi.

The pure Okumidori cultivar is harvested in spring after 33 days of shading, resulting in a deep-green and deliciously creamy matcha.

Fresh green spring-like notes are accompanied by sweet hints of tofu and a gentle, nutty finish, making Matcha Nagi equally suitable to blend with milk and to enjoy as a pure usucha.

Grown without any use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers and freshly stone-milled to us each month to ensure optimal freshness.
