Our organic hōjicha powder from Asuka Nuruki offers a creamy and pleasantly roasted alternative to matcha, with a naturally low caffeine content.

The finely textured powder is easily whisked into a foamy, fragrant tea, particularly suitable for a delicious hōjicha latte – rich in warm, roasted nut-like notes with refreshing hints of autumn fruit and a soft sweetness reminiscent of cocoa.

Grown by organic farming methods and freshly milled by Nuruki-san herself and her small team in Chiran, Kagoshima.
