Unique light-steamed (asamushi) sencha from the rare N-15 cultivar, selected and grown by Mr. Saitō himself.

A complex and wonderfully aromatic unshaded green tea with refreshingly citrussy and rich herbal notes balanced by a long-lasting natural sweetness in the aftertaste. A testament to Mr. Saitō’s long-term dedicated work in cultivating tea trees in harmony with nature – produced in highly limited quantities each year.
