Lightly wilted (ichō) kamairicha from old Zairai tea trees grown free of pesticides and artificial fertilisers in the mountain village of Gokase in Miyazaki.

The gently oxidized and carefully processed spring leaves offer a distinct, almost oolong-like florality which is backed by fresh green summer-vegetal notes and a clean oceanic minerality that softly lingers as a slightly cooling aftertaste.
