Green kamairicha made in traditional (dentō) Kyūshū style, harvested from a single unshaded garden of Yabukita trees growing near the mountainous village of Gokase in Miyazaki at an elevation of approximately 500 meters above sea level.
The traditional pan-firing process endows the young spring leaves with a soothing body feeling of kamairi warmth accompanied by naturally mellowed sensations of umami and a gently caramelised, nut-like note.
