抹茶ワークショップ

In this workshop we compare matcha from two different tea farmers in Kyoto, while we dive into the deep traditions of matcha culture.
As a participant, you will also be introduced to the main utencils used in the Japanese tea ceremony, and together we will practice the art of preparing a bowl of matcha.
A freshly made wagashi from Kappo Andō will be served during the workshop.

studio x kitchen x io – a residency | February 21st – March 9th

In collaboration with studio x kitchen, io is doing a three-week residency at studio x kitchen at Dronningens Tværgade 52 1302 København K.

During the three weeks, we organize a series of workshops where we in small groups gather and taste, practice and talk about Japanese tea and tea culture.

The workshops are divided into three themes, and they take place on the following days:
