One of our most popular teas, and for good reasons: Chiran Farmer’s Sencha is a refreshing and wholesome farmer-style green tea with a warm nut-like sweetness and well-balanced umami structure reflecting the robust qualities of the entire Yabukita leaf.
Harvested in April 2024 after seven days of direct shading and finished as a medium-steamed (chūmushi) unsorted ‘raw tea’ aracha with a moderate hi-ire firing.
