Weighing in at only 3 grams and following carefully balanced shapes, Chikumeidōs chashaku Matcha tea scoops are always ultra-light and graceful to hold in your hand. The white bamboo is sourced from high quality material grown locally in the Nara region. Comes in a small cardboard box decorated with Japanese washi paper.

Chikumeidō is a traditional family-run bamboo workshop which has been creating tools in bamboo for the Japanese tea ceremony for more than 500 years. Today, Chikumeidō is led by Kubo Sabun, a twenty-fourth generation master craftsman.
