Rare Japanese white tea carefully hand-picked (one bud, two leaves) by Mr and Mrs Kayashita of Mitocha Nōen in Yamazoe, Nara.
Harvested in May 2023 from the Yamazoe-native Yamatomidori cultivar, and grown by natural farming methods without any use of pesticides and fertilisers.
