Silken-smooth Japanese white tea carefully hand-picked (one bud, two leaves) by Mr and Mrs Kayashita.

Harvested in May 2023 from the late-budding Okuharuka cultivar, offering delicately sweet and floral sensations gradually unfolding across numerous infusions.

Grown by natural farming methods without any use of pesticides and fertiliser at Mitocha Nōen in Yamazoe, Nara.
