Experience a unique matcha ice cream based on our organic Matcha Reirō served with pickled elderflowers and hay jam.

The dessert is presented by dessert chef Abhishek Ghosh and his partner, Laura, who together have founded the Copenhagen-based dessert studio Rowak.

It is paired with warm servings of naturally farmed white tea from Yamazoe, Nara, served by io.

Please note that the dessert and tea service lasts one hour and takes place within the selected time slot. We therefore kindly ask all participants to show up no later than the start time of the event.

After purchase, an order confirmation will be sent via email, which serves as the ticket for the selected event. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
