Oplev en unik hōjicha-is baseret på vores naturligt dyrkede Kamo Hōjicha serveret med tang-‘pocky’ og sesam-dulse praliné.
The dessert is presented by dessert chef Abhishek Ghosh and his partner, Laura, who together have founded the Copenhagen-based dessert studio Rowak.
It is paired with warm servings of naturally farmed spring bancha from Yamazoe, Nara, served by io.
Please note that the dessert and tea service lasts one hour and takes place within the selected time slot. We therefore kindly ask all participants to show up no later than the start time of the event.
After purchase, an order confirmation will be sent via email, which serves as the ticket for the selected event. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
