五ヶ瀬 萎凋釜炒り茶 うんかい

Lightly wilted (ichō) spring-harvested kamairicha from the local Miyazaki cultivar Unkai – “Sea of Clouds.”
The finely tuned ichō step immediately reveals characteristic bright notes of white flowers. Gradually, a natural muscat-like sweetness unfolds deeper in the throat, almost reminiscent of ripe green grapes, alongside a light, but clear sense of minerality.
Grown and produced by Yōichi Kōrogi without any use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers in the mountain village of Gokase in Miyazaki located at an altitude of approximately 600 meters above sea level.
