Each dessert is accompanied by a naturally farmed tea from Yamazoe, Nara, served by io.Join us for a summer evening of two unique tea-based ice cream desserts, created for io by dessert chef Abishek Ghosh and his partner, Laura, who together are behind the Copenhagen-based dessert studio, Rowak.

Matcha ice cream with pickled elderflower and hay jam / served with Yamazoe Shirocha

Hōjicha ice cream with seaweed pocky and sesame dulse praline / served with Yamazoe Harubancha

Please note that the dessert and tea servings last an hour and a half in total and take place within the selected time slot. We therefore kindly ask all participants to show up no later than the start time of the event.

After purchase, an order confirmation will be sent via email, which serves as the ticket for the selected event. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
