After Jin, Shiraishi-san has worked in New York and most recently in Paris, where he served wagashi as head p\u00e2tissier at Michelin-starred Chakaiseki Akiyoshi while also making wagashi for other traditional Japanese restaurants in Paris as well as for local tea ceremony groups.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<h4><span lang=\"ja\">\u767d\u77f3\u5b66\u3055\u3093\u3068\u697d\u3057\u3080\u521d\u51ac\u306e\u8336\u5e2d<\/span><\/h4>\n<h5>Wagashi master Manabu Shiraishi will hold a residency in io from Saturday November 16th to Saturday November 23rd during our tea bowl exhibition <span lang=\"ja\">\u6b64\u9053<\/span> <em>kono michi.<\/em>  <\/h5>\n<h5>Here, Manabu-san invites you to an intimate daily tea ceremony for a maximum of three people at a time, serving <em>usucha<\/em> matcha and a freshly made seasonal wagashi in the middle room of io.<\/h5>\n<p><em>After purchase, an order confirmation will be automatically sent via email, which serves as the ticket for the selected tea ceremony.
