Light-bodied and aromatically uplifting organic matcha with a clean vegetal profile and moderate bitterness moving to a refreshingly forestry and conifer-like finish.
Spring harvest blend of Asatsuyu and Yabukita leaves matured as tencha since May 2021 and freshly stone-milled by Chiran Nōen themselves.

Altitude: 150-200 masl

Shade: covered 16 days before harvest

Fertilising: homemade fermented organic fertiliser made from leftover products from local agriculture and fishing industry
