A spring-green and light-bodied organic matcha with a refreshing vegetal profile backed by an gentle undercurrent of natural bitterness – particularly suitable for high-grade matcha lattes, but also enjoyable when whisked with water on its own.
Spring harvest blend of the Asatsuyu and Yabukita cultivars and carefully stone-milled upon order by Asuka Nuruki herself and her small team at Chiran Nōen.

Altitude: 150-200 masl

Shade: covered 16-20 days before harvest

Fertilising: homemade fermented organic fertiliser made from leftover products from local agriculture and fishing industry

Steaming: medium (chūmushi)

Maturation: matured as tencha until January 23rd 2025, then carefully milled to matcha on granite stone-mills
